TB-EZ is a single powder formulation of Terrific Broth. The media uses a premixed proprietary carbon sources to confine production of Terrific Broth liquid media to reconstitution and sterilization. No more need to add separate sources of glycerol or salts to the media post sterilization!
Combined with a buffered stabilized environment, the media can support up to 3 days of growth to increase cell density without cell death. Preventing weekend trips to the lab to stop culture. Just reconstitute as instructed, sterilize, and it is ready to use in culturing of E.coli cultures.

Components
Directions Per Liter
Reconstitute 55 grams per liter of purified water. Autoclave at 121C for 15 minutes and allow to cool to room temperature prior to use.
Storage and Stability
Store at ambient temperature. Keep properly sealed and away from moisture. Product is hygroscopic.
Product is guaranteed two years from date of manufacture.
